Jan 3, 1981 — Jun 19, 2020
Ontario
Salvador Bahena Reyna "Chava" (39 yrs. old) passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020 at his home in Ontario Oregon.
Salvador was born on January 03, 1981 to Juan Bahena and Zenaida Reyna in Monte Sauce, Mexico and he is preceded in death by his Great Grandparents. The middle of seven children, he was raised in Monte Sauce on his familys ranch.
Salvador is survived by his Parents Juan and Zenaida and his daughter Zenayda Bahena as well as Nivaeh and Moniqua whom he considered his own of Fruitland, ID, siblings Claudio and Kenya Bahena of California, Pedro and Teala Bahena of California, Victor,Bahena of Salem Oregon, Yolanda, Alma and Norma; along with numerous nieces, nephews whom he adored, and friends that were like family to him. He will most be remembered for his huge heart and the abundance of love that he had to share. He was happiest when he was surrounded by the people he loved. There was never a shortage of laughter and fun around him and he took to, and loved, everyone who ever needed a friend.
Salvador completed his schooling in Toltepec Mexico where he grew up on the family ranch and loved his life. He rode horses and helped his parents in the orchards.
Salvador was very funny, even when he wasn't trying to be. If you were lucky enough to be part of his inner circle of family and friends, he was the most honest, loyal, and selfless friend that anyone could ask for. He had a way about him of making friends into family. Salvador had the sweetest charm and he knew how to use it. His larger-than-life attitude, and never give up dynamic personality, will never be forgotten!
His most important goal in life was to provide, protect and love his daughters. Salvador had a passion for music and playing soccer and most of all he loved watching games with family and friends. He also loved to sing to his girls. Salvador had a green thumb and could grow a steller garden. Every spring he planted seeds and grew fresh veggies which he always shard with family and friends. He was a stellar cook and employee. His successes and values were based upon the mantra of a handshake is contractual, don't do anything half-assed and never go back on your word. His hard work, dedication were an example for all that were blessed to know him. Always prideful, and sometimes ornery, you always knew where you stood with him. He will not only be forever in our hearts, but in the thoughts and joys of all his family and friends as we continue on. His girls will always love and miss him. He is now in the arms of his loved ones who have gone before him. A
celebration of life is scheduled for July 3, 2020 In Nyssa Oregon where his family and friends will remember him.
Salvador will go back to his family home in Monte Sause Mexico to be laid to rest on his family ranch, his family and friends will have funeral services to celebrate his life and memory.
