In life there are processes that we learn to develop, educate, give praise, help each other, learn to succeed when we have fallen, and say goodbye. Never easy to say goodbye, but more like until we meet again to someone we cherish and love.  Family and friends, it is with a heavy heart, until we meet again to our beloved mother Maria de la luz (Marylou) Esparza who passed away at 64 years of age on March 20 ^th, 2022.  She was born on January 11 ^st , 1958 in Harlingen, Texas. She is the daughter of Jose and Petra Guerrero and attended the Quincy School District when her family moved to Quincy Washington from Texas.  She graduated from Quincy High School in 1977, married Jose S Esparza in 1979 and had three boys. She had a great passion for always helping kids from daycare to High School students.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jose S. Esparza, her boys and daughter in law Reynaldo and Ivette Esparza, Jaime and Adrian Esparza.  Her grandchildren Alanis, Esteban, Rubi, Jazmin, Janna, Jamari, and Cahlia Esparza. She will also be cherished by many family members and many fantastic friends.

A viewing will be held on March 28 ^th , 2022, at the Providence Funeral Home in Quincy WA, from 5pm – 9pm with a rosary beginning at 7pm. Mass will be held at St. Pius X Catholic Church on March 29 ^th ,2022, at 11am. Funeral services will be held at the Quincy Cemetery and a Celebration of Life potluck to follow at the Quincy Community Center.
