Jose Luis
Rivera
Oct 27, 1997 — Feb 28, 2020
Moses Lake
Jose Luis Rivera Jr., 22 years old, lifelong resident of Moses Lake Washington, left to e with our Lord on February 28th 2020. Jose was born October 27th 1997 to Jose Luis Rivera and Stacy Smith. Jose married his wife Diana Espino April 9th 2017; they were together three happy years. In this time, they made many great memories. They got matching tattoos, went out to eat and Jose tried to teach Diana new things. Unfortunately, she didn't learn, he tried teaching her to swim, she nearly drowned. He tried teaching her to drive a stick shift, she nearly crashed and hit a stop sign. Jose was a very kind loving and caring man. When Diana was sick in the hospital for a month, he spent the entire time with her, sleeping on a hospital bench to be by her side. Jose loved his family; he spent many days playing with his cousins Roman and Adrian. Joking with them and just spending time with his loved ones being in their company made Jose happy. Jose Loved his food but would also take the time and enjoy himself cooking and preparing meals for his wife and grandmother Hermila. Jose enjoyed working on his cars, he loved lowriders, speakers, and music. Jose always wanted to look good, he would dress up in his best and admire himself looking "pimp!" That was our Jose.
Jose is survived by his wife Diana Rivera. Parents Jose Luis Rivera and Stacy Smith, and 6 brothers and 1 sister. Grandparents Hermila Ayala and Juventino Rivera. Tia Elvira (Candis) Rivera, cousins Roman and Adrian Espinoza, Tio Alberto (Beatriz) Rivera, cousins Vanessa, Alberto, Benjamin, and Ruben and many other family members. He is preceded in death by his 4 unborn Angels, his cousin Bianca Espinoza, Tio Luis Rivera and Great-grandfather Roberto Ruiz.
Sometimes I just look up, smile and say, "I know that was you junior, "Thank you."
