Danny Ray Gross, age 54, of Moses Lake, WA went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 20 ^th , 2019.  The son of Eugene Gross and Margaret Timbrook, Dan was born in Quincy, WA on March 29 ^th , 1964.  Dan grew up in Quincy and graduated from Quincy High School in 1982.

After graduation, Dan began working at Lamb-Weston.  During his long 37- year career, Dan worked in many positions.  Ultimately, because of his dedication and experience he was promoted to Production Supervisor.  During his career he developed many deep relationships with his team and co-workers.

In October 4 ^th , 1991 Dan married Tammi Schwartz.  They had three sons, Jeffray, Cody and Travis and one daughter, Alyssa Gross Wassink.  They lived in Ephrata for 17 years.   Dan cared deeply about the community and served on the Ephrata voluntary fire fighting team for about five years.  They moved to Moses Lake in 2012.

Dan was a dedicated husband and father, sportsman, fisherman, and cared deeply about his family and community.  Dan coached his boy's baseball and football teams for about five years.  He was an accomplished chef and hosted many large family holiday meals at his home.  His extended family was always welcome.  His family always looked forward to Dan's Thanksgiving meal and watching the Dallas Cowboys football game with him.

Dan thoroughly enjoyed the out of doors, spending time on his boat relaxing and fishing for Bass.    For the last six years he was able to enjoy fishing in Moses Lake regularly.

Dan and Tammi continued to have a strong Christian marriage.  This past October, Dan and Tammi celebrated their 27 ^th wedding anniversary with a trip to Hawaii.

He is survived by his wife Tammi Gross of Moses Lake, son Jeffray and wife Jamie Gross of Wenatchee, son Cody Gross of Quincy, son Travis Gross of Grand Coulee and Daughter Alyssa Gross Wassik of Moses Lake. Dan's brothers – Terry Gross of Quincy and Timothy Timbrook of Wenatchee.

Dan was preceded in death by his grandmother – Opal Giedd Timbrook, grandfather- Emil S. Giedd , mother – Margaret Timbrook, father- Eugene Gross and brother – James Allen Gross.
