He spent his time making his community a good place to be part of, serving as St. Pius X Catholic Church Parish Council, City Council and Civil Service. He was part of the Quincy Police Reserve and spent many years working for Boeing and Grant County PUD. Charles or "Charlie", as we used to call him, was also a business man. He owned Sepulveda Satellite and Sepulveda Snowplowing with is sons.
Charlie's love was not just for the family and community, he also had a place in his heart for classic cars, camping, fishing, hunting, feeding the stray cats and making sure the bird feeders were always filled. He was our Saint Francis of Assissi. He also enjoyed tendering to his roses, western movies and sports during this spare time.
Charles was preceded in death by his mother Alicia Botello (Step-father Ponciano), father Ignacio Sepulveda, sister Aurora Encines, granddaughter Danika Martinez, and three half siblings.
Charlie will be missed no only by his friends, family and all those whose lives he touched but also by those birds and cats that he got to help. Love you Charlie. Until we meet again.
Love you.
