Antonio Guadarrama
Gomez
May 10, 1925 — Dec 29, 2019
Royal City
Antonio Guadarrama Gómez, age 94, born on May 10, 1925 in Villa Guerrero, Estado de Mexico, made the transition from this life to the next life Sunday, December 29, 2019 surrounded by his family at home in Royal City, Washington. Antonio was a vegetable farmer in his beloved Villa Guerrero where he lived most of his life. At the age of 92 he moved to Royal City to be closer to his sons and daughter that live in this area. In Villa Guerrero he was upstanding citizen. For those who could not afford going to a traditional doctor, he used his knowledge of home remedies to heal those who were ill and sick. He will be missed by those he personally helped recover their health. Antonio was a devout Catholic who practiced what he preached. One could easily say that he preached through his actions instead of just words by always putting neighbors' necessities before his. Preceded in death by his father Adulfo Guadarrama Ortega and his mother Josefa Gomez Rivera, his brother Francisco and his sisters Victoria, Engracia, Cruz, Luisa, Alfonsa, his sons Aristeo (Isabelito) and Nemesio, and by his beloved wife Maria de la Luz Millan Pedroza. He is survived by his sons Juan and wife Antonia, Vidal and wife Beatriz, Vicente and wife Araceli, Santos and wife Zenaida, Ireneo and wife Yolanda, his daughters Petra and husband Lucio, Delfina, Maria del Carmen and husband Beto, and his 37 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. The family would like to express our thanks for the wonderful people of Royal City who have expressed their love and moral support from the time of his arrival to this day when we have to say goodbye to our beloved father. In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorial contributions to St. Michael's Catholic Parish in Royal City Washington, 205 Wildflower St. NE, Royal City, WA 99357.
